Is there a way to make the BattleTag detection work with different characters?

So I see that settings can be saved and loaded depending on the BattleTag being used with the bot but can the same be done with characters on the same BattleTag? I use different characters depending on if I am farming GR, Uber, DB/mats, or regular rifts and I have to go through my different plugins every time for each character. I tried making separate folders but found it to be way too frustrating especially when I need to change a setting on every character I have to go in and change it like 6 times.
