Is there a way to disable CTM?

Basically, I am using HB for something else entirely, and when I have it loaded I actually load a blank profile, a specific custom class, and then choose for HB to "Do Nothing" and then start.

The problem is the CTM is automatically enabled and I don't want to use CTM at all. Is there a way to turn it off?

What are you doing?
If you are using a CC to DPS then you should be using LazyRaider. HB will not move your character.

it's in the CC options

if there is none, then your cc will have to be edited manually

i don't know the code off hand
