Is there a script which can automatically change to the best gear

when using leveling profiles, I pre-buy gears that can be used at certain higher levels.
But is there a plugin that can change the gear to the best automatically when leveling-up?

Most of the profiles have the built in autoequip turned on as far as im aware.
