Is there a profile to run weekly M+0 for the AP ?

No, you need to q up yourself. I'm pretty sure there will never be a bot for this type of thing.

Fpor m+ its not hard to run the default heroic/normal scripts, but you need to get the group on your own, obviously.

I don't know if I'd trust an auto-bot in a mythic+.
