If what you are looking for is a single "click and go" profile that will do everything needed to unlock Draenor Flying then the answer is no, there is not. If you are looking for a handful of separate profiles that will accomplish everything needed then the answer is yes, there are numerous free and paid profiles that will do everything need to unlock Draenor Flying.
