Is There A Plug In To Avoid Picking Up Motes?

Motes don't sell for anything on my server I was wondering if there is a way to avoid picking these up ?

Why not use the Lootfilter addon for WoW itself? No need for a bot plugin. Lootfilter can be configured so that it'll pick up the motes, then discards them automatically.
