is there a good guide for setting up YAR by rrrix?

I'm having issue getting this setup for some reason. I followed the guide I found step by step and can't get it working.

heres the issue.

D3 window starts / makes window tiny
opens DB

DB says profile not loaded, load profile before starting.

gets hung up right there.
