Is there a [App] that just stop and starts (restarts) the profile in HB

i need a thing that can restart my HB profile when im stuck for too long.
I am not looking for a relogger, not at all, i just need it to restart HB when stuck.

Well the easiest way to do this would be to use a plugin like LogMeOut! and a relogger. I don't know of a plugin that will just stop the bot and restart it, and besides you're going to fix a larger spectrum of issues with a full restart of both WoW and HB.
