Is the party over ??

Jesus you're lucky, Lichbloom sells for 15g/stack on my server. Titanium like 100g/stack, and frost lotus 200/stack. And I'm just trying to make gold for myself!
 
The party is about to begin. The reason prices dropped heavy this past month (i think) is because wildfire news spread that blizzard stopped banning for botting, and instead all detection is client side now. A lot of Chinese jumped on this bandwagon. Yet with this recent mini-ban wave, who knows.

In all honesty this is what happens when a strictly Chinese company takes over the American run/china based companies. Pretty much a 10% profit margin for them is like a 50% profit margin for us.

We need to create workers unions, etc to stop this monopoly. Its just like the lumber disputes, you cannot over harvest the lumber because the price will get so low a lot of the lumberjacks will go out of business. Thus, as soon as a company starts pulling shit like they did (start selling gold at 3$ when market price is 5$), they deserve to be DDosed, hacked, etc, non-stop. Until they raise their price back to market average.

Good and fair opinion. However I see blizzard holding out till just after cata comes out before the next big ban wave. Think about it, over 100 bucks per farmer to get back into buisness. Blizz knows this. Gold prices will go up just enoph to make everyone think the market is recovering and they will spend all the money on new accounts. Then we are right back where we started.
 
After a 2 month lay off I'm getting back in the scene recently, funny that it's got worse than before lol.

Gameusd like IGE has a major supplier that holds all their gold and pays by chinese CC. The biggest problem for small farm studios is to recieve payment as many cannot make a paypal account. So selling to a company like Pusada is out of the question, their only option is to sell to the Chinese version of pusada (forgot the name, have it in history) which offers a shit price per k, but can pay. Now multiply these small studios of 5-10 works, x100 all over china. And you have a constant supply of cheap gold. Just like Pusada has a constant supply from botters in America/China, to supply IGE.

I get $5 per 1k :) Private buyers for the win! Been selling to private buyers since the glider days, 3 years now. I made 25k last year from gold selling. My customers trust me and I trust them. I give them access to ALL the gold in the guild bank. When they need the gold they just log into their alt take out the gold. I log in every night.. check the bank and send paypal requests the next day. They have up to 1 week to pay me. Most pay the next day or a few days after. Yes I've been scammed like maybe 100k in 3 years. But I've made TONS of $$$. Fuck selling to companies. I know a good few ways of getting private buyers. It does take time to get them.. sometimes you get 0 in 2 weeks and sometimes I get 2-3 in 1 week. I'd be willing to share my methods for a price and only to a few people.. I don't want to fuck myself by sharing my methods with everybody. I smell a scam here, LOL You getting $5 for 1k and will give a few random strangers your top notch secret lol. Who you selling to noobs or wow short bus kids ? And on a side note wtf would they buy at $5 per 1k when sites sell for under that now. LOl

I still sell to my private buyers for 4$ as I?ve always done. THey buy it for a higher price, cus they know there?s a less chance of getting banned. They care about their account.

The drastically increased number of botters lately is resaulting in more gold sellers and less buyers (since the buyers are botting). Supply and demand is not balanced, therefore this crash on the "wow gold" value. The global crisis on the stock market we see all over the world today might aswell affect the wow-gold price.

I belive wow-gold value will go down to 1 euro for 3000g or even more before we see the big chinese companys closing down because it is meaningless to farm gold and impossible to make a living from it. After this happens the wow-gold price will rise again.

I recomend that you save all your gold for at least a year. The release of Catalysm wont make a differance. It will, most likely make the wow-gold price even ease more. So gold cap as many characters as you can in one year and then see...

Once public bots are fucked out of existence, it will be worthwhile again. Unfortunately right now its too easy to bot and too easy to make gold. That is a recipe to kill a virtual currency market.
