In the meantime google search works really nice. just search using site:buddyforum.de followed by what you want to search for. for example site:buddyforum.de Auto Angler
plus theres not as many restrictions. etc minimum search length

I'm still getting the Database error when I search, too. I went into the forum IRC chat and asked if anyone knew the answer to my question and some asshat just kept flaming at me for not using search, even though I said the search isn't working for me. Gotta love retards. Sigh.
