Notices it started on 30 Oct and have not seen any new report since 3 Nov....

If there was a ban wave that started and you stopped botting on the same day the ban wave started, you could still be caught in the ban wave because you been flagged for botting in the past.
Besides if they ban all the botters right away no1 gonna want to bot d3 anymore thus making less people buy d3 keys
