Is something wrong with the purchase of HonorBuddy webpage?

I'm clicking the link to "Buy HonorBuddy" and the webpage is kinda funky looking....like out of whack. Anyways, I'm looking for the version where I can get 3 elites keys for 3 different accounts.

Considering most pages use HTML 4 or 5 and ie sucks at it I would say yep. try chrome or firefox
