Is it wrong to sucker a guildie to invite a chinese gold seller to guild?

Is it wrong to sucker a legit guild member to invite a chinese gold seller to guild, without them knowing who they just invited?

Would their account be banned accidently?

If you have to ask if it is wrong then it is.

People invite random people to guilds all the time. as long as the guildie doesn't trade with that character and/or interact with him much there is no reason to suspect every person that come into contact with a banned account should be banned.
