is it worth appeling if its a 2nd time perma ban

the first time i did appile and i got my account back today it has happend again is it even worth trying to get this account back becuase its a 2nd time let me know what you all think and what i should come up with to say to them

Your account was permanently suspended due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use:
Blizzard Entertainment: World of Warcraft Terms of Use

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (ram) and/or cpu processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:

I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft. In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may

a) communicate information back to blizzard entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or

b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such program has been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate. We would not look to enter into any further communications on this issue as the matter is now considered closed.

Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

You have to apeal so much that they?ll tell you that you will be ignored if you keep insisting
 
but im worried about them takeing my main account becuase its on the same email so i dont know if to admit defet because of my main account

If you read the terms and ban things basically they say if you buy a new account we're cool. As they probably don't have proof you botted on your main account if you got a nice "investigator" they probably wouldn't ban it. Seeing as they haven't banned it already anyway.
 
if i would get a ban but that doesend going to be happn because i know how to bot i would just take my money back via indeal internet banking you can get your money back if you dont go with the payment
 
1 min the 24 hours there is no safe botting what so ever i botted on this for 5 hours a day and still go me and that was with brakes but i botted 16 hours a day with kicks to lvl my new one and nothing so i dont know what and how they get you but there is no safe botting

wel then u must do something wrong i quest bot only on my 6 accounts and i do it for 10 9 hours a day at the night times i let it rest and im fine for over 9 months i do arena and pve raids on my main with hb also:) but i only do professionbuddy for my main just to lvl up my profession and to make things but for farming gold i questbot. but i monitor my bots i play console when botting

hm, will they ban both accs even if they are on seperated battle accs but has the same name etc?
