Is it still safe to bot on US realms Using Honorbuddy

hey i used to bot alot . but stopped 2 months before patch and having done it since and noticed people getting banned alot in the past few months. i usually bot for 3-5 hours and watch the bot mostly 90% of the time and watch tv or movies

but is it still safe to bot using honor buddy, even if i watch him 100% of the time?
 
Depend how often, when and what more than how long imo. I do fishing and herbing at least 50-60h/week on my bot acc. I rarely stay on the same route or in the same zone more than 5 hours. I change zones and profiles often, like a normal player would do. I also do Scenarios with my bots, fun to see them in action this is working very well and it's safe as no one will see you with your bots in a scenario.

3-5 hours is safe in my opinion but public profiles are not that much safe. I prefer doing my own routes even if the profit is not as high as maybe other better profiles. I use Zaprecorder plugin along Gatherer WoW addon to make optimal routes and it works like a charm. Often I prefer my routes to public ones as my bot is doing exactly what I would do by hand.

A supervised bot is definetly safe. If you stop it as soon as it beging to try unstucking attemps of course no one should notice it :)

no botting is ever safe.
but the above method, given that the time-old argument of they're not scanning our processes is true, should be safe.
 
I bot 12+ hours daily and I'm fine ^.^ Although I played manually 12+ hours a day so it doesn't have a huge play time spike that makes it obvious.
 
Just saying if you're scared of losing your account, then don't bot on it. Botting is never 100% safe even if you say you watch it 100% of the time. I would suggest getting a 2nd account to bot on and make a guild to transfer over items and gold to your main account. That way if the botting account gets hit your main is safe (unless you get IP'd then you may still be screwed). Over all don't bot if you're scured!
 
My account is from nov 2004, and ive used all kinds of bots on it starting in 2005, WoW!Bot or whatever it was called through glider, pirox and buddy. The hard grinds, the 24h gathers, battlegrounds, ah undercutting like a madman, all of it.
10% Supervised, found it so many times to have gotten stuck 1 hour after i went to sleep and spent 7 hours in the spot trying to get unstuck it aint even funny.
Only public profiles because im a lazy fuck, almost always with standard settings, standard classes, standard everything.

In the early years id go around for 24 hours with <DND> My german cousin is playing a bit and he cant speak english on me.

And yet here i am, yet to see a gm whisper, yet to see any kind of ban. Oh yeah, i also speedhacked, teleported, mountainclimbed on it like mad when we could.

The only thing i never did was sell gold, or put insane amounts of items on the ah. So im pointing at those 2 things mainly to cause bans. And insane luck.
