I use it to valor cap every week. I have it set up to do every LFR from MSV to ToT, EXCEPT the 3rd wing of ToT, the bot face pulls EVERY add between Tortos and Megaera. Don't even bother trying to AFK this, you will get reported.

I would not AFK as in some situations your intervention might be needed, but aside from that yes it works wonders, I've been using it for a few days now and have to say pretty amusing to watch.
