Is it "safe" to use kicks profiles?

I know there was a detection recently and i seemed to have avoided it as i was on a long break, however now im back and i heard people are getting banned for everything including CR's.

I know botting is never safe but has anyone been banned for kicks since after the ban?

Alot of people were banned using kicks, in past days/weeks But also alot of people didn't get banned using kicks so who knows
