Is It safe to run sark still?

Lets say you have a few characters with 95 mil gold picked up, getting close to the 100m achievement, do you think it would be a lot safer to remake characters? Does anyone think that statistic had any affect on how people were getting banned?
 
Its not safe. a donkey got banned today just using 1 acc playing 5-10 hours a day. really dangerous atm, Im gonna stop sarkoth farming atm.

Well you will get banned soon,that im 100% sure of. If your lucky, maybe 1 out of 100 multi botters dont get banned. Just keep farming 24/7 im pretty sure you will be posting on ban forums soon and I will laugh my ass off HAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAH
 
Safe? There is ALWAYS and ALWAYS risk in botting. Just dont any AGB plugins or profiles and you will be fine bro.

nah he's just a little slow. I don't know why people can't realize that any theoretical advantage you gain by botting 10 hours a day instead of 24/7 is outweighed by the pure profit you gain going an extra 14 hours a day. Unless you are botting on your main (stupid) or are not botting for profit, I see no point in not going 24/7.

This kids nothing but a fucking moron. He posts in threads where people get banned with such stupid bullshit. I hope they revoke this kiddies key and kick him off the forums.

Listen people here's how it works.

Lets assume 75% of all DB users who farm gold do sarkoth.
SO 75% of those banned would of been doing sarkoth.

The reason it looks like sarkoth is most people are doing it if most people were doing core it would look like they were targeting core.

Now is it safe ? sure you look at how many people got banned compared to how many people use DB its a fraction.

Im just wondering how they are being caught, I hear people who are only running like 1 copy and doing 10 hrs a day and getting slammed, just really bad luck?

I'm gonna hold off for a while, maybe use only 1 of them for now.

Well you get flagged a day maybe a week before you get banned. I had a fresh 60 running the same plugins/profiles for the entire day my other DHs got banned and yet the new 60 didn't. I used DB to level him also. Anyone who says they ban every account on that hardware ID is guessing because if they did there is 0 reason that account should still be active.
 
Like others have said... it's never safe. If they were focusing on bots yesterday, there's nothing to say they wouldn't do it any day of the week any day of the month.

I don't think sark is PARTICULARLY dangerous... if you're bound to bot no matter what, you probably have a better chance of not getting caught if you aren't doing sark, because most people use sark... but also, a lot of non-botters use sark because it's still one of the best GPH spots for anyone. If you play through Act 1, you probably get the same GPH as sark.

What is so unsafe about using AGB? I'm curious because it is so widely used, and unless there's something I'm missing, this does not mean it will cause you to get banned.
 
AGB is safe, it's just that 90% of people who bot Sarkoth use it, so the ban reports on Sarkoth are going to be 90% people who use AGB.
