I know its very unsafe to grind level now. But is it safe to quest, cause my account already got a perma ban before and i managed to get it unbanned. If i get one little glimpse of hacking my accounts history. Now i wan't to bot from 65 to 70. Would it be safe with all the bans and what not going on.

People are always getting suspended/banned. It is never safe. If you really don't want to lose the account, then don't bot. I was suspended because a GM was watching me and I did not respond to his whisper. When I looked at my screen the game had crashed and the mobs on my target list were 6000+ yards away. Just try and be careful.
