Is it safe to continue botting on Patch day?

Hi,

As per topic above, I was wondering if it is safe to bot right after patch day..
I have tried searching for a thread or post in regards to my question but I only found this :

It states that it's for WoW so yeah, I'm not too sure if it applies to D3.
Also, in the wiki with references to my exact question :

Is it safe to use other bots during this time?
It depends. If the other bot is 100% passive (no injection) it should be safe to use (but this is not guaranteed).
If the other bot injects, as most modern bots do, then risk is involved. Bliz has been significantly stepping up their anti-botting measures in the WoWclient. Even for small bots with '20 offsets', there is risk. Be certain that your choice of bots has done a reasonable analysis of the anti-botting measures after each patch of the WoWclient.

Are there any injections for demonbuddy?

IDK about you but the DB bot says it doesn't support this version blah blah. So you can't bot after patch day until the new release

you can get banned a month after botting due to detection, so just bot 24/7 till that day comes

Im pretty sure of what im about to say here is right. There are no ban contributed to Warden Detecting the DB client. Warden detects in other ways. Or you Stupidity
