Is it safe for my main account to interact with my bot/s?

is it safe for my main to interact with the bot/s?

could i drop trade to gear the bot?
or trade items found via botting to the main, and be safe?

if the bot gets banned and traded with my main, does the main get banned as well?

There's no safe way. The most you can do is minimize the risk.

But then again, you should always be ready to get the banhammer the moment you step into the dark side.

there shouldn't be a chance of my main acct getting banned?
i would guess this is kind of the theory that, oh someone else in my house or school network cheated. but not me logic.

That the theory right now. But no one knows how exactly does Blizzard perform their checks on whether an account is botting or not.
