Hello, This is my first post, and I hope this is in the right spot... I have searched and searched, but havent found anything that matches my inquiry completely...

Can you use GatherBuddy AND HonorBuddy at the same time on the same account? The reason I ask is this: GatherBuddy is great for farming, but not so good for killing when you grab aggro while mining or herbing... I am a Mage, the macro setup for us for GatherBuddy isnt all that strong, but HonorBuddy works great! HonorBuddy seems to have great kill logic... My question, Since HonorBuddy has a Combat/Heal Bot in it that allows you to control your own toon, and kills the mobs for you when you go into combat -- when your farming with GatherBuddy and pull aggro can HonorBuddy take over and kill the mobs for you instead of GatherBuddy? then transfer control back to GatherBuddy to continue farming?

I purchased a HonorBuddy license, then a couple days later I purchased Lifetime GatherBuddy because I love both programs... I havent tried my idea above, just wondering if someone has, or if its possible? or if its planned to be able to join both programs and have them work together for those who purchased them?

I have read the posts about ideas of future HB releases haveing a GB plugin, but seemed like that idea isnt new, and not sure if/when that is going to be released...

You can not use them at the same time.
 
No, this is not yet possible.

Soon, though, the BuddyTeam will make Gatherbuddy a plugin to Honorbuddy.

This way, both programs will benefit from each other - GB will have a much-improved (and much-needed) kill logic, and HB will gain the ability to use Flying Mounts.

The BuddyTeam has not yet released any specific release date, but they have made hints that this is coming at us sooner rather than later!

It's clever, but you can't inject HB and GB on to the same instance of WoW. (that's why everyone is saying no)
 
Yes, Thank you for the fast responses!

I hope they update/add the ability to combine the two programs soon as it is very annoying to keep dying when i pull 2 mobs at lvl 84. Also seems very suspicious to a player who might be watching... Maybe the devs will be able to add GB as a Bot in the bot list of HB in a future release? I would assume that would be the quickest way to accomplish this... The plugins for HB seem to be buggy for me.

Whether it is implemented as a BotBase or a Plugin is entirely up to the devs, though you can trust that whatever they choose is the best option available.
