Is it possible to run HB on a private server?

Hello everyone, I play on a private server with my friends, which runs an older version of WoW. Unfortunately however, Honor Buddy V2 doesn't support the patch my friends and I are on. Is there any way to steer around that? I have been running an older version of the bot but it has been getting a lot of errors and now it cannot even authenticate correctly. Any help is much appreciated.

Private servers are buggy, Which may cause the bot to get confused if it does work.
 
Botting up an 80 on a private server to get a feel for the bot before I jump on retail. Wouldn't want the bot running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
 
It's safe enough to test on retail. Just be smart and watch it for a bit before leaving it unattended.
 
Don't try on PS, I tryed it once on some PS and it fail there cuz of buggy PSs, But this bot works perfect on retail !
Also its not a good idea to pay for the bot and don't get benefit from, like using it on PSs, useless :P
