Is it me or is Honorbuddy Forums lately been off and on? Slow/Fast?

One minute the forums will be blazzing and the next it will be slow as molasses. Anyone else having this problem?

It was under DDOS attack for a few days ago, but I've had no lag experience for last 2 days atleast.
