Is it 80 or 85?

I keep reading that in order to max professions you need a level 80 toon. Yet others say it's 85.
Which friggin one is it?

Or is it something else like the level doesn't matter but you have to have mop added on the account or something? ...

You can learn the Zen Master training at 80.... however most crafting professions in MoP require you to buy a recipe with a spirit of harmony, and in order to do that you need to farm it up, which would require 85

You need level 80 + MoP.
You don't need Spirit of Harmony to skill.

its tough though with blacksmithing and tailoring to level to 600 without being 85.
