Is Ingame mail safe for sending to main account?

Hey I've heard guild bank is the best way but is mail safe for sending large amounts of items between my bot and main account?

Though personal expierence I've had had any recipent accounts banned. But the guild bank is the prefered options.

No - mail is the worst possible option.
