Im not sure if I trust it anymore there are a lot of people getting banned.
Any thoughts?
 
Bans come from player reports, not bot detections (as of now). Pirox also got many bans, not just HB users. It's also never safe to bot.
 
it's pretty much as safe as it gets. like any bot, you have the chance of getting banned.
don't be an idiot, dont level 24/7 etc and you'll be fine.
 
I'm running 2 GB bots atm, 12 hrs on/ 12 hrs off. Very simple.
Havent used HB recently, but had an account w/ a shaman on there leveling for about 14 hrs daily.

But so many people have been getting banned recently even if they are just watching it and doing a quest order...
 
Shit happens, some times you just have bad luck and get slammed. you're talking about being a member of an underground community of '*****ers' bad things come with playing around down here. Either dont bot on an account you cant stand to lose, or take the risk. Up to you mate, but botting is not and never will be 'safe'
 
I've been going, the same as normal, since vanilla, never ever been banned. Luck of the draw. player reports, yadda yadda

Botting itself isnt safe. HB may have some firewalls put up to help you out, but you must realize your playing a game with 12million registered users (probably only 7million unique), and it only takes 1 to report you.

It's very safe. You should bot 24/7 this bot is actually allowed by blizzard. As long as you make sure you tell a GM about it it's fine.

Funny story:

My buddy started playing wow, and its the first computer game he ever really played. One day, he gets a tell from someone, telling him to go to this site to buy gold. Well, he goes there, and decides to buy gold. They had a 24 hour promise.

A few days went by, and he had not received his gold yet. So, he decides to contact blizzard. Yup, I said that right, he contacts blizzard. He explains his situation, and the person on the other line in a very confused voice says "You know thats against the terms of service?".

Luckily he had not given them his information yet, and he immediately hung up. I figured this was an entertaing story that kind of falls into this line of thinking. Honestly though, there are new botters that dont quite know how this goes.

If you choose to use the bot, you could be banned. Thats all there is to it. If there was an issue or it was detected, there would be alot more posts in that section....
