Is HB patch safe now?

I don't understand, is HB now safe after the patch or not?

Sorry, I probably didn't phrase that right. I read http://www.buddyforum.de/showthread.php?6713-6-29-2010-US-Ninja-Patch and it said yesterday that because of the patch a new version of HB was going to be released, I didn't see an update to the thread, so I figured I'd ask someone.
