Is GB the best/safest way to earn gold?

I'm wondering how much gold you can earn by doing GB and if it's safer than farming mobs for cloth, or volatiles?

I just use the bot for personal use currently, not to sell gold or characters and I only use GB for about 5-9hours a day, if that.

That being said......On a regular basis I pull in between 5 and 10k a day. Again, I use GB only while i sleep and also find myself using HB quite often as well.

There are, hoever, some botters on the forum pulling down upwards of 30k/day depending on the server and time invested.

An alternative means of creating a income using HB/GB is to use InstanceBuddy and farming instances, such as Sethekk Halls. Using a Paladin or Druid clearing this instance takes no time at all, if you vendor everything you can make between 5000 to 10,000 gold per day.

Grinding anything endlessly is never safe regardless of what you are farming or what bot you are using, hence the golden rule of;- Do not bot on something you would be scared of losing.

In regards to gold income, currently it can range anywhere between 3k-6k per 6hr period but you must understand that current mat prices are massively inflated and will decrease as more and more people need less things from professions. Also, be aware that gold income is also massively dependent on your realm and its economy.

Isn't there a limit to how many times you can run the instance in a single hour though?

If I'm not mistaken, it is 6 instances per hour. Performing a full clear of Sethekk Halls takes approximately 10 to 20 I have never been locked out of an instance.
