Is enough Softlock?

What you think guys? I have 150 with bot stopped, with the CR started running about 120-130 fps in same site, this is good, but the problem is from memory or cpu, is weird because I have Fx8320 running at 4.2ghz, but still with Hardlock (Framelock) activated, I see vibrations in the terrain and in characters textures, rude movements, Otherwise, only with softlock enabled this problems disappear so I wondering if you think its enough Softlock to use all potential of the CR

Simply said; No - Hardlock will always increase HB's performance over Softlock.
