It's not voluntary, he's being forced by Bossland and his 54 ninjaBuddies (seewhatIdidthere) while locked in a room underneath an empty water well that is accessed only through a rope which can only be lowered by Bossland.

The Dev's seem to have to communication between eachother, And it looks like bossland is the only person programming the bot, Wich is why it takes a week everytime WoW has a patch wich is both smart and dumb because people cant steal the code that way but it takes waaaay to long for a release.

and i think everyone's got their question answered.
i will say this in light of the recent questions, if we get paid, and those numbers are very private, just like we don't ask you about your day job, and how much you get paid for it, i think its something that you all need to respect, and no do the same thing to us.
we all got jobs to do.
