Is Archebuddy safe to use on a main account?

On RU servers started bans, simply login by AB. Protection gameguard...Nice to hear. Any special precautions that you take? How many hours a day do you run it? What do you usually bot?

Botting always comes with a risks. If you are not 100% ok with the possible consequences then you shouldn't bot on that account. You could always make a secondary account and bot on it.

I'd like to bot my character over night at the library for leveling up different classes. Would that be stupid on a level 55 account with gear worth several thousand gold, or is it relatively safe?

Don't do it. If you're going to bot your main use the normal archeage client and autoit or something.. It seems they can detect the archebuddy client somehow since names I don't even bot but simply use the archebuddy client for get banned..

If they could detect archebuddy tripwire would trigger. Without hackshield in the game anymore the chances of getting caught are even lower. But again never bot on an account that holds value to you personally if you can't handle the chance it could be banned.
I would say archebuddy is safe currently to use.
You should treat accounts that use AB not if you will eventually gonna get caught, but rather when you gonna get caught, I have used an account for several months and in the end it was banned, eventually the accounts will get taken, so never risk an account if you are not willing to lose it.
