I've seen post after post with problems, that DONT NEED LOGS, windows crashing after it logs in, disconnects randomly, etc etc etc.
And EVERY reply from the mod has been useless.
Is ANYTHING being done to fix what we've paid for? Maybe a response that says, "We see what you're talking about, and are trying to fix it."
Some kind of update?
I want to buy more sessions and this program has been great to me. However, as a PAYING customer for 4 YEAR long sessions, I didn't pay for something to work 50% of the time for a year.
I am looking to add more sessions in a week, but not if we never get responses, updates, anything when so many people have the SAME problems.

You do need logs, because its a tiny percentage having these errors. Theres about 20 people posting saying there is issues, theres 10,000+ DB accounts going.... so you have to realize EVERYTHING isn't broken and 99% of the time it's on your end.

People have been bitching since .250 came out, but it's not a problem. If you bothered to update the profiles as supposed to, and followed the clean install guides for plugins, it's working just fine.

.250+Giles+Ciggarc is running solid, that's fact. It is not stucking any more or less than it ever has, hell, in my days with it, I have yet to see a single stuck less a couple small barricades that giles 1.5.2.1 fixed anyway.

There are proper ways to report issues if you are having them, and different steps you can take. Posting these ridiculous threads about how it has to be fixed now and the sky is falling and all this shit has to stop.

I have really learned why Tony just locks and bans.

You need logs for DB randomly saying "Session invalid!" and booting you off, making you relogin to the auth server?

Learn something new everyday lol.

I left for two hours, and came back
4/4 bots were booted off by "session is expired".
Need a log for that? Dont think so.

You have to be joking. No, that amount can't even be joking, just being arrogant. Because you know, you totally just told us what it was doing BEFORE the session is expired error, as it can happen i've seen almost anywhere. I've gotten it right after logging in, from it being stuck and alt-tabbing, do you really think you don't need to show us this? Really?

it was BOTTING before i got the error, what the fuck else would it be doing? I left, it was working. I came back about 2 hours later, they were all kicked off. Who alt+tabs in WINDOW MODE? rofl.

I said the Service error smart one. Everyone already knows about the Authentication failed!, this has nothing to do with the problem you actually fucking mentioned about how you left and came back to 4/4 down.

what the hell does this even mean? if you are going to flame someone, at least have the courtesy to have it make sense.

Come on, just stop fanboy ok? I know you have been reading and commenting on the first 10 threads today, all saying the exact same thing - that DB isent working proberbly! And still you post in every thread saying nothing is wrong and its the players fault for not posting error logs, and not running correct versions and blah blah blahhhh..
