Is anyone else having issues with starting clients?

Is anyone else having issues with starting clients from account manager? For me its like time to time when i starting account its going to "Starting account:" log, then "Not logged" in account status, then "Account is successfully launched." in log and then "Diasbled" in account status.
 
Tell me what you see in main AB log window.
Maybe there something like "client initialization timeout" ?
