Is anyone else having a hard time with Garrison bot?

Hey guys I figured I would ask the community since all my efforts to post logs in support and garrison botbase have been ignored.

have you guys been able to get it working? I get 2 things. Either honorbuddy freezes and doesn't do anything and I have to use task manager to close it out
or it tells me "35/25 followers" when I only have 25/25 maybe the ship yard is interfering?

Just wondering what your experience has been. I tried fresh install, no plug in etc etc.
