IOC threw and Exception

When i go to start the bot it comes up in red writing; The type initializer for 'IoC' threw an exception.

Can anyone plz help

Happened to me this morning too, after running fine last night. I rebooted and all was well.

ive already killed it and restarted it still dont work

restart computer, if that doesn't solve it, reinstall hb, if that doesn't solve it, post in the official hb thread with a fresh log from the fresh installation
