Inventory not following selections

There are never any ultraballs in the inventory and this account is level 32.

Ultimately am trying to set it so that I have only 50 balls (any) overall, no normal potions but keep the rest the potions.

Can someone please advise.

If you wanna keep the items to be 0, you have to also check to recycle them
