Invalid product key

Hi.

I sent a mail for support that i want a refund and.... i used the program while i was waiting for support to send me a mail that they confirmed the refund.. and now it says "Invalid product key" and i get no mail from Support about it, can any moderator help me with this issue please?

Now it says "You are not authorized to connect to this server" ... can someone assist me pls?

probably your key is not valid because of the refund

I look up on me key status and it said. "Type: Refund" so it means i got my refund back?
why no email about the confirmation? would been appreciated
