Invalid product key

Hi,
I've been using the bot since 9/17/14. Now it says my key is invalid.
I tried to setup the buddyauth account today and it says the key is attached to a different account. Can you tell me what needs to be done to resolve this issue?

with proof of purchase and tell them your issue again.

Same problem for me, except I bought the one month and went to use demonbuddy and it says "Product Key Invalid". I've used buddy products in the past and haven't had a problem with
