Invalid Product Key [Demonbuddy]

Hello!
I?ve an problem with my Demonbuddy key(s)

Some time ago I got an second one because Demonbuddy wasn?t useable some time.
Now, I wanted to use him but when I start Demonbuddy,
Demonbuddy says "invalid product key"
"authentication failed"

in my buddyauth portal the key for demonbuddy is called "refund"

and the key isnt copy and pasted without blank etc.

If you sent them an e-mail, you will get a response. But since they receive a lot of them every day, it can take up to 96 hours.

^^This, it takes us time to go though all the e-mails, specifically since a lot of them take time to go though the system and fix. please be patient

Ok ^^
Got an mail from support and I saw, they have no plan ^^They said the refund means, that I got money back some time before.
(I never got money back)
The refund was, that I got an second lifetime session for Demonbuddy.
Since this refund for an second lifetime session, the key isn?t anymore useable somewhere on the planet ^^

did you tell them that in an e-mail back? theres nothing we can do for you, it all has to be done via e-mail.
