Invalid product key Authentication failed

Wai hello there , I buyed Honorbuddy yesterday , it worked fine , but now when i try to log in with my key it's just saying ''Invalid product key Authentication failed'' . i've checked so every symbol in the key is right ,

(sorry for bad english , it's my second language.

would be really nice if you guys helped me out.
