Invalid Key?

Key doesn't work. Get message that the Key is invalid. Sent e-mail to support person and was told to log my problem on the support forum. First off, where is this forum found and what good is that going to do. I need a key that will be accepted in the log in window. If I can't even get logged in how can I look around and get familiar with what I'm dealing with. This whole process has been very confusing and frustrating. Can I get my money back since nothing seems to work and support isn't sufficient to get me going?

when you are contacting support via email you have to be very detailed


if you described the problem like "i cant login" people cant imagine whats your problem



send an email to support including your key,be detailed

Im in almost exact problem as you are, i sent an email to them , pm'ed Tony several times. No answer from support mail, Tony said that he forwarded to Bossland , but idk what he actually did cuz im waiting for 3 fu*king weeks for 10 minutes of atention and no1 gives a f*ck
