Invalid Key after purchase

Hello,
I bought DB a little more than 1 year ago and since the licence was now expired, I upgraded through that website (https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/entries/22955876-Demonbuddy-upgrade-1-to-3-Sessions) from one to three sessions for one more year, using the same key. The transaction was duly completed, the purchase by credit card was accepted, I got a confirmation Email, but the website (Log On - Buddy Auth Portal, as well as as DB) keep telling me my key is invalid. So I put a request on that website (https://bosslandgmbh.zendesk.com/requests/new) with a copy of the payment confirmation Email and my key number. Is that correct ?
