Invalid Information and Blue Screen

So I paid for honorbuddy and made accounts on all the sites that it wanted me too(Honorbuddy forums, etc) and it emailed me my activation key. So I downloaded the Honorbuddy client but when I try to log in it says "authentication valid" and "Invalid account details" or whatever. After waiting an hour or so, with no keys showing up on my Honorbuddy Auth Portal account thing I decided to restart my computer. When I restarted my computer I got the blue screen error thing that said there was an issue with either hardware or software blah blah blah, and this is the first time I've ever had this problem. So I booted into safemode and deleted everything honorbuddy related and everything started up just fine after that. Does anybody have any knowledge on either one of this issues? Any help is greatly appreciate. Thanks.

what? unless you saved honorbuddy some place you shouldnt that should never happen, we dont mess with any of the lower level stuff.

try downloading honorbuddy again from the link below.

save it to your desktop and extract it to a new folder, also on your desktop


startup wow, login and get in game,
then start honorbuddy.exe

when you get to the login screen use your key (the one you got in your e-mail) as your username, with no password.

I created an new folder on the desktop and extracted it straight to there. Was I not supposed to do that? I guess I'll try it again. Also, i didnt know the key was the username I thought i was supposed to use my account details. Thank you

nope, key = username

who knows why you got the blue screen could of been anything, hell could of even been a fluke, since you said after you got it once you went right to safe mode to delete, your harddrive could of derped when loading a file for windows during startup, but was fine after the restart.
 
So now im not sure i even got a key. I got the email for the forum account activation id that says "Your Activation ID is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX". Im guessing that that isnt the right key, but I didnt get any other keys and when I log in to the Honorbuddy Auth Portal it doesnt say that I have any active keys. When I put in the code i described above, it says "Please enter your shop password" or whatever.
 
Nevermind I put in the wrong email when I had the code delivered, luckily the wrong email was also my other email so I got it all figured out now. My mistake. Thanks again
 
depending on you payment method it may take some time for the key to arrive most of the time its instant. have you double checked your spam folders?
