Invalid Account Details

Im trying to connect to HB but it always tell me Invalid Account Details 0/0 Shared Session, i reinstalled it but theres nothing to do, i dont know what to do anymore.

dosent work Tony, having a big issue here,

this is very strange, even after trying all the user name ive ever used, all the email ive ever had(3) I cant retrieve my info, is there any other way to retrieve those? feels like my info have been wiped from bosslands server.........​
