Invalid Account Details?

I am new and when I try to run the bot the error is " Invalid Account Details" What am I doing wrong. I have bought the bot.. I have registered..I have a shop sign on and neither works?? Help LOL

Invalid Account Details=wrong user or pass

make sure that you are using your shop info

and keep in mind that its case sensitive

Ok Where do I find the shop info.. I tried the one that I thought was the shop password and user.. How do i reset it and start over.. This area is not the shop one correct? Pardon me for being noob LOL I have also sent meails about this same issue

Your shop info is whatever you used to login and pay for the bot.
