Invalid Account Details

Hello everyone,

I purchased a one year subscription of Honorbuddy yesterday. When I try to log in the client it always says "Invalid Account Details". I know that I should be able to log in using the account information from the board but unfortunately it just doesn't work. I've also resetted and changed my password to exclude this from the possible source of error.

Is it possible that this problem is caused by the special character in my user name ("?")? Uploaded a log file. Any help would be appreciated :).

I'm still having this issue. I'm using the password from the shop, not from the board. I've been using the search function a lot but the only suggestions I found were to restart the computer (didn't fix it) and to not use special characters for the password.


Any help would be appreciated. Uploaded another log file.

It says "AUTH BAD". It's the right password, though. I can log into the shop system. Thanks for your reply!

if the ^2 is having errors due to the special character (and you can't fix it on your end), then post in the payments section and Bossland will get to you asap. Tell him that you would like your name changed from Syn^2 to whatever else. -- make sure to include your invoice #
 
ask from Bossland(via pm) to change your nick on shop
our auth cant read special letters or symbols
