I think InteractByBuyingItemId is what is causing the problem although I'm not sure. See log attached;

Same thing, Bot attempts to go pickup a Stormwind City Special Bag (you need the rep) from an NPC which is different from the one above as that one is located in Ironforge.

Same type of area with InteractWith customBehavior.

This is issue HB-1698 on the '.764 Known Bugs List. It should be repaired for the next drop. We'll attach your information to the report just in case something is still botched.

We cannot say if the repair is available in Beta at the moment, but you might give it a try and see.
