Instead of asking us to pay 26EUR for a new BGBuddy, why not FIX BGBUDDY?

I understand that Millz made the new BG botbase, but now that the Honorbuddy dev team is making whatever percentage of money they get from the BuddyStore, they have even more of a reason to leave BGBuddy as the broken ban-machine it is.

Can we just imagine the changes that could have been made to BGBuddy with the time spent coding the BuddyStore?
 
If you think thats bad, just wait for whats around the corner xD
Give it a few weeks into wod lol.

Willing to bet you wont find a single good public anything, everything will cost money.
But its good, it'll promote other bots with less shady business practice and people will gravitate towards that until they do the same and cycle repeats :P

Simple reason, fixing BGbuddy doesn't and won't earn them money like the Buddy Store will.

Why not let everyone fix and improve everything you do and then sit back and earn 30% of all the work everyone else put into their mods?

2 sales of that new bot and they've already made as much as selling one key and next to no work from them.
 
Id happily buy it but not for 26euro, thats just stupid money

HB provide a bot, the bot works. They can then allow any one to piggy back off that api and make money and why shouldnt they take a cut ?
End of day its a company, that company needs to make money one way or a nother.

Its a fantastic business idea, i doubt it'll be a good business practice in the long run. Once the default bot defacto sucks and you'll have to pay to use every single aspect of the bot you already paid money for.
Lets not forget just how many aspects there is that'll cost money now. Wanna raid automated ? Just buy a botbase AND a combat routine. You wanna farm ? Sucks, buy botbase and profile. List is endless.
 
Everyone just needs to take a breath and relax. You all are acting as if the sky is falling. Just chill - like anything, prices will level out. If no one is buying the botbases/profiles at $30, they will be forced to lower the price. Simple supply and demand economics. And some devs have already come out saying that they are leaving all of their products free.

We'll be ok!
 
Anyone find it ironic they're copying blizzards business models tho ? :p
They're equally bad and im guessing will be equally hated.

most of the products were already released bevore but on other sites lol
so why not handle it with HB thats nice.
btw botbase is fine and singular is fine everything else is from the community and why shouldnt they sell their stuff , you´ve got the same api so you can code your own cr profiles botbases and so on. for free

btw. millz stuff is amazing same as millz

Exactly! And people are acting like it's a bad thing to support the devs. I hate to think where this community would be at without all of endless hours of support many people put into the profiles/plugins/botbases they put out for free - and then some people have the gall to yell and scream when the same profiles are not updated. As I mentioned earlier, everyone just needs to take a breath. It's all going to be ok! lol
 
BGBuddy isn't broken. It's just heavily used.

BGFarmer is priced high to prevent it becoming just as heavily used.

Your missing a couple key points though,

You're the dev = updates, support and something that will work to the best of its ability.
 
having competition with BGBuddy would increase the randomization and become more like piroxbots waypoints but acting a lot smarter, I welcome competition.

^^THIS. BGFarmer is not our product and millz is not a staff member. BGBuddy works fine for what it was designed to do. eventually changes will be coming to it and as always those updates will be free. ANYONE can make any replacement for any botbase they want. if you want to make a replacement for the grind or questing bot feel free. but its going to be the same thing its not going to replace something that works as intended. plus, no one is asking you to pay anything. if you dont visit store.buddyauth.com you would never even know you could buy addons.

thread closed, this whole discussion is completely ridiculous.
