InstanceBuddy Not working?

Hello! My InstanceBuddy is not working.. Let me explain:
When it enters the instance, it says "Last hotspot reached, leaving in 31 seconds."
But the instance just started..
Log attached.

I know that this instance is blacklisted, but this problem appears no matter what instance, that pops up.

Please help me!

if you join as a tank on a dungeon that IB doe not support tanking Hb will leave
